Every project is carried out according to our tried and tested Installation Process:

Project Appraisal

This is a meeting held between the major system stakeholders, including owners, managers, supervisors, chefs and our Engineer. The purpose of this meeting is to review the system architecture to be installed, outline the planned goals of the system, determine a schedule for the project and review the configuration information needs.


Information Gathering

We help you to gather all the information required to build your new system. Information such as menu list & printing requirements, cooking modifiers, staff lists, table layouts, receipt information, types of payments accepted, discounts & surcharges and a vast amount of other information needed to ensure that your system is configured exactly as required.


System Build

Our Engineers will collate all of the data gathered during the Information Gathering process and convert it into a draft working model. Once the first working draft has been completed they will arrange another meeting to review the configuration and then determine a list of modifications that need to be implemented. This process of reviewing and making enhancements will continue until you are satisfied with its operation.

Training sessions for managers, wait staff and administrators help maximize user expertise.


Installation

Before your system is installed into your venue, we will run a series of loading testing exercises to ensure that all equipment is up to the challenge.
